St. Louis-based restaurant Sweetie Pie’s is closing down its last St. Louis location after the owner’s son was found guilty of murder-for-hire.

The last Sweetie Pie’s location in St. Louis is set to close shop. This comes after the owner’s son, James “Tim” Norman, was convicted earlier this month of plotting to kill his nephew and co-star Andre Montgomery Jr. back in 2016.

In a message to fans, followers and consumers, the Instagram account for the restaurant released a statement about its closing.

“Thank you all so much for the many years of support,” read the caption along with a notice announcing the Sweetie Pie’s Upper Crust closure. In the notice, it mentions the restaurant will be “making room for the more than four hundred million dollar Cochran Veterans Hospital expansion,” and it thanked fans for their support.

There is still one remaining Sweetie Pie’s location in Jackson, Mississippi, according to people online, PEOPLE reports.
