If you have been keeping up with Love & Hip Hop NY then you know that Joe Budden and Tahiry Jose have been through their share of ups and downs and have been struggling to make it work. Oddly, throughout the entire show they are the only ones that seem relatively normal.
For the past couple of weeks Joe has been dropping hints that he could possibly be popping the question to the woman he admittedly calls the love of his life. Rumor has it, the day finally came when Tahiry was celebrating the opening of her new nightclub, Suite 135 in New York. Joe allegedly pulled Tahiry to the side privately to pop the question, something he had originally planned to do at Power 105’s Powerhouse concert, but unfortunately for Joey, Tahiry turned him down.
Whether VH1 cameras were there to capture it all, we’ll just have to see, but from the look of things Joe and Tahiry are still “good” so I doubt this will be the last time Joe tries to put a ring on it.
For those who were looking for a little “tea”, word on the street is someone is doing a little dirt on the side and it’s not the one who’s always getting the blame for it. We’ll see how that story unfolds later. Best of luck to the two of them.
