“Love and Hip Hop” star Teairra Mari spoke out earlier this week after private content of hers was shared online, and TMZ has since reported on a confrontation involving her boyfriend’s car.
Teairra said on Instagram that the content was posted by someone she had trusted. “That person proved to be untrustworthy and posted footage of what in the moment was private and sacred. Moving forward, I recognize the need to be more cautious and discerning,” she wrote.
According to TMZ, her boyfriend, Akbar, said he was working out in Hollywood on Thursday when security called to tell him a woman was damaging his car. TMZ reported that Akbar said he went outside and saw Teairra using a metal rod to break his passenger window and windshield. He also told TMZ that he saw her friend and co star Milan Christopher nearby, and that the two left when he approached. TMZ reported that Akbar had not filed a police report.
TMZ also reported that Akbar denies being the person who leaked the content. These accounts come from Akbar by way of TMZ, and we had not seen a public response from Teairra or Milan to the car claims at the time of publishing.
