Tekashi 6ix9ine has been hit with another lawsuit, his second this month. 6ix9ine is accused of ordering a hit that almost cost another man his life, a man who claims to be a former friend of the rapper.

According to TMZ, Shane Hardy claims he had a disagreement with 6ix9ine back in January 2018, stemming from the artist’s Nine Trey gang affiliation. In court documents obtained by the publication, Hardy claims 6ix9ine admitted under oath during the rapper’s racketeering trial that he ordered Aaron “Bat” Young and Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones to shoot him.

Hardy also reportedly claims that on January 19, 2018, in Brooklyn around 11:45 PM, Jones and Young each fired several shots at Hardy. Hardy was shot in the neck and head but thankfully survived the ambush. Hardy also allegedly claims that he suffered from humiliation and significant physical injury. He’s suing 6ix9ine, Young, and Jones for damages.

Earlier this month, 6ix9ine was also sued by Fashion Nova for $2.25 million for failure to promote the brand due to his incarceration.
