TMZ reported that Rachel alleges Owens used her to qualify for the mortgage on the house. Those are her allegations, and Owens has not publicly agreed with them.
The two story home, built in 2013, is about 4,250 square feet and is listed at around $2.35 million. It has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Property records reportedly show both Owens and Rachel on the deed, and the home was bought less than a year and a half before it was listed.
