Yachts are a staple for luxury living, so when it comes to the top of line in the yacht industry, it looks like Benetti has gotten it right.
At the Monaco Yacht Show, Benetti debuted the 220 foot yacht “Seasense”. While the interior design is already attention grabbing, the real highlight of this beauty is the exterior aft deck, which includes a 33-foot-by-12-foot swimming pool and surrounding side decks.

Referred to as the “Benetti Beach Club,” the pool’s dimensions are “Olympic-sized” considering the amount of space the designers had to work with. It also is multifunctional in that the swimming pool also converts into a basketball court, dance floor, or any platform for social gatherings, without even having to remove the water from the pool.

“We’ve seen a lot of beach clubs that are typically shaded and situated on the lowest deck near the water,” says Cor D. Rover, who designed Seasense’s exterior. “We wanted to bring our beach club up a level, rather than burying you in a hole, to give it that open, panoramic feeling. We wanted it to feel like it was like being on the beach.”
