If you have a couple million dollars laying around, you can now live within the walls of Disney World and if you’re lucky, invite Mickey and friends over for a house party.
Golden Oak community is now offering single-family homes for sale directly on Disney property in Orlando, Florida (Disney castle not included). The Golden Oak community is made up of four neighborhoods and for $2 million, one of these luxury homes could be yours.
Surprisingly, two of the four neighborhoods are already sold out, one neighborhood is still under construction. Private residences at the Four Seasons are also in the works.
The Disney homes are quite lavish, starting at 3,931 SF; 4 BR, 4½ BA and working their way up to a 5,178 SF; 5 BR, 5 BA, 2 half-BA. Many homes include a pool, spa, open kitchen and an elevator. Each gracefully arranged neighborhood is designed as a complement to the whole of Golden Oak and offers a refined interpretation of resort living. Homesites have been carefully placed to maximize privacy and landscape views, while home designs reflect the character and presence of century-old dwellings.
