Priscilla Rainey Claims The Game Has Only Paid $500k of the $7M Judgement in Sexual Assault Case

The Game Vs Priscilla

Priscilla Rainey, the woman who sued rapper The Game for sexual assault, is not letting up on her pursuit of gaining the full $7 million judgment she was awarded. The model and business owner is now accusing him of creating multiple shell companies to hide the money.

Rainey is suing the Compton rapper, his manager, and several companies she says he created to avoid paying her. In her new lawsuit, Rainey claims The Game still owes her $6,872,041 after previously collecting $258,058 from her original sexual assault lawsuit filed in 2015. Rainey has long maintained that the rapper “forcefully” reached under her dress and rubbed her bare buttocks and vagina while shooting his VH1 reality dating series, “She’s Got Game.”

The suit alleges The Game’s manager, Cash M. Jones, owns a record label named 5th Amendment Entertainment, which received $905k owed to hip-hop star since 2017. Rainey claims that the 41-year-old runs the LLC named JTT Holdings that allegedly received $342k from Jones’ company in 2019.

In addition to JTT Holdings and 5th Amendment Entertainment, the lawsuit mentions F12 & Associates and Pass Go 2 Win LLC, which lists Jones as an officer.

The “Hate It Or Love It” artist allegedly transferred his house deed to Jones, as well as the rights to his royalties and his trademark. This has prevented Rainey from seizing his assets to retrieve the remainder of her money.

Rainey is seeking money from the original judgment plus $2.8 million that she says The Game and Jones have transferred between accounts.
