Rapper The Game is seemingly coming to Young Thug’s defense following a string of leaked jail phone calls.
The West Coast rapper took to Instagram to make his feelings known about the controversial recordings surfacing online. While showing support for Thug, he didn’t hold back in calling out whoever is leaking the private conversations.
“Leaking a [ninja’s] recorded voice notes and phone calls is the new snitching,” The Game wrote. “Ain’t no real [ninjas] left in this s**t.”
Young Thug has found himself in the middle of major online chatter after back-to-back audio leaks. The most talked about clips include a call where he confesses to cheating on his longtime partner, Mariah The Scientist. He also slammed longtime friends Drake and Future in several of the snippets.
Though fans have had mixed reactions, Thug issued a public apology to Mariah, asking supporters not to blame her for his past mistakes.
As speculation builds about who is behind the leaks, Wack 100 has suggested he was the man behind the leaks. However, that has not been confirmed.
