Lil Wayne is not the father.
According to TMZ, a Missouri woman went after Wayne with paternity papers while he was serving time at Rikers Island, claiming he fathered her 8 year old grandchild back in 2002. She obtained a court order requiring Wayne to take a DNA test.
The papers originally gave Wayne until September 10 to get tested, but because he was behind bars when the letter arrived in August, the judge pushed the deadline to December 9. The child’s mother’s name wasn’t even on the documents, and the grandmother didn’t explain why her daughter wasn’t the one pursuing the test.
Wayne was served and tested while in jail, and the results came back: the child is not his.
That settles that. Wayne already has four children, and this won’t be adding a fifth.
