The mother of Nipsey Hussle’s daughter, Emani Asghedom, claims the late rapper’s sister has taken her child and refuses to return her in child custody hearing.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, #TanishaFoster is objecting the filing of Nipsey’s sister, Samantha Smith, who requested the court give her guardianship over Emani after Nipsey’s death. Foster states she is Emani Asghedom’s mother and believes the “Law and Policy of this state favors the protection of the rights of natural parents and their children. Objector has statutory priority over petitioner.”
Foster claims Emani was visiting Nipsey the day he was killed and says Smith “unlawfully took the minor and as of this date, despite objectors demand, refused to return the minor to Objector.” Foster believes that “the best interests” of Emani are not being served by Smith’s “act of removing the minor from her mother’s custody; and by refusing contact between minor and mother.”
Foster is asking for Smith’s petition to be blocked. There is no information on the judge’s ruling.
Its only right she’s the mother of his daughter the sister has no say so in that unless abuse was involved with the mother
