Puma has finally unveiled the release date for its highly anticipated Pokémon collection, which will pay homage to the animated series that took the world by storm in the late 90s and early 2000s.
As part of their forthcoming collab, PUMA has chosen to adorn five sneakers with elements from the internationally acclaimed series. The most notable of the characters, Pikachu, will be featured on both the RS-X and the Rider FV shoes. Both sneakers are yellow, the same hue as Pikachu, with black lightning bolt accents. Bulbasaur will also be located on the Rider FV in suede teal and pastel sea green, while the Slipstream Lo is covered in yellow and orange suede hues representing Charmander. Lastly, Squirtle will grace the PUMA Suede in a tranquil light blue with nitro blue on the rear and laces. Each shoe will feature the popular characters on the front of the shoe. Charms will also hang from the laces, showcasing the Pokémon star that the sneaker represents.
This Pokémon x PUMA collection will arrive in stores on November 12th. Customers can pick up their pair at PUMA, Footlocker, and several other retailers yet to be announced. Each style is limited to one pair per order.
