The Wendy Williams Show is making a comeback next year, but not with the host who started it all.

The official Instagram account for the popular entertainment talk show announced that new episodes will be airing beginning on January 3rd, with Remy Ma and Fat Joe as hosts until January 7th. Michael Rapaport will fill the slots between January 10th and 14th. Kym Whitley and Finesse Mitchell will follow from January 17th to the 21st, and Sherri Shepherd will close out the month with dates January 24th through the 28th.

This latest announcement has further fueled rumors that Williams is not returning to her show as she continues to battle several health concerns. Last month, it was reported that she was confined to a wheelchair and exhibiting early stages of dementia. However, her brother Tommy dispelled these claims. Williams herself was spotted leaving a Miami health care facility in Miami last week and walked to an awaiting vehicle. The 57-year-old appeared in good spirits as she told a photographer that there was “lots more Wendy stuff” in store.

Sources close to the media personality have shared that her struggle with Graves disease may prevent her from returning to television again.

There is no word yet on which celebrity guests will lead the show in February.
