For all of us who were anxiously awaiting the day we will see Shawty Lo and his stable of baby mama’s give us an example of high quality TV programming, there are thousands more who are shooting down the idea. This seems to be the case after a petition to put a stop to Shawty Lo‘s upcoming reality show All My Babies’ Mamas, which features his 11 kids, 10 baby mamas and his 19-year-old girlfriend, has already collected over 5,000 virtual signatures. 5000 signatures? You haters and your damn petitions!
A New York woman by the name of Sabrina Lamb launched the petition saying that the show “exploits and stereotypes Black children and families”. She also offers to boycott any advertisers that support the show.
Well listen here Ms. Lamb, Shawty Lo having 11 kids and 10 baby mamas is HIS reality. No one is stereotyping that. He really laid down with a million women and got 10 of them pregnant at least 11 times. Who are we to tell the man not to share his daily ratchet activities? In fact, after seeing the trailer he would be doing a disservice to America not to do the show. It’s as simple as turning the television show off if you don’t want to watch the show. Don’t ruin it for those of us who would like to see how the First Lady baby mama, Pain in the A** baby mama and the 19 Year Old Girlfriend plan on tolerating each other.
