NFL Hall of Famer Warren Sapp has been charged with three counts of domestic violence in Las Vegas, and a police report obtained by TMZ lays out what his girlfriend told officers about an incident back in April.

According to TMZ’s account of the report, Sapp and his girlfriend, identified as Chalyce, had been arguing at a resort pool. She told police that Sapp allegedly threw a margarita in her face in a private cabana and pulled on her arm or purse hard enough that she nearly fell.

The report says the couple then left in a car headed to her condo. She told police that during the ride she asked Sapp to get out of the car and he allegedly bit her middle finger. Back at the condo, she claimed he threw a belt at her, she threw it back, and she ended up on the floor, where she said he stepped on her face.

These are allegations from a police report, and Sapp has not been convicted of anything. He is due in court in July. This report does not include a response from Sapp, and Baller Alert will pass along any statement from his camp.
