Tia Kemp posted a mock GoFundMe graphic asking for $6,000,000, the same amount 50 Cent is seeking from her in a federal lawsuit filed on behalf of his 14 year old son, Sire Jackson.

The graphic has everything a real campaign would. It shows GoFundMe branding, “Help Me Reach My Goal” in bold letters, and $6,000,000 in gold. There is a progress bar, along with a “Donate Now” button. Tia’s face sits in the corner, looking pained. Her caption reads “I need Money by Monday,” followed by money emojis. No actual Tia Kemp GoFundMe page has been confirmed, and the post reads as a joke aimed squarely at 50.
The lawsuit is no joke on his end. 50 filed it in Los Angeles on October 26 on Sire’s behalf, accusing Tia of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is seeking at least $6 million. His lawyers say Tia invented a medical diagnosis for Sire and made sexually degrading claims about his mother, Daphne Joy. The filing also says she kept posting after receiving a cease and desist letter. One line from his legal team stood out: “But autism is not shameful.”
That same day, 50 filed a separate petition in Florida, asking a Miami judge to block Tia from stalking, cyberstalking or harassing Sire. According to the petition, she targeted the teen four times over six days. That includes an October 25 interview where she mocked his speech and claimed he is on the autism spectrum. The filing also says she shared a photo of Sire placed next to a sexually explicit image of a woman the petition suggests is Daphne Joy. When his lawyers demanded she take the material down, she posted part of their letter online with a profane message to 50 and his attorneys.
50 took it to Instagram as well. He called her comments “the greatest example of bullying a minor” and said the subject is not a joke, adding that he has friends whose children are on the spectrum.
Tia has not slowed down. Before the Tia Kemp GoFundMe post, she went on TikTok calling him “15 Cent” and telling him not to play with her about his lawyers. She also told him he can’t bully her. Her position is that 50 started this fight and cannot handle getting hit back. She also brought up his 2015 bankruptcy filing. He filed it after a jury hit him with a $7 million verdict for leaking an intimate video of Lastonia Leviston, another of Rick Ross’s children’s mothers.
The feud started with Tia’s son. After a reported assault on William Roberts III, her 21 year old son with Rick Ross, 50 mocked the incident online. He then offered to cover the accused man’s bond and connect him with attorney Drew Findling. Whether 50 actually paid anything has not been confirmed. Tia responded by going after Sire and Daphne.
It is a long way from 2009, when 50 and Tia were on the same side. Back then, she appeared in his videos aimed at Ross, and he released the diss record “Tia Told Me” using what she shared about her ex.
No ruling has been reported yet on 50’s request for a temporary injunction. Tia’s response to a $6 million lawsuit, so far, is asking the internet to cover it by Monday.
