Tia Kemp responds to 50 Cent with a heated TikTok video after skipping their November 3 court hearing, accusing the rapper of playing the victim, wasting a judge’s time, and using the legal system to continue their ongoing feud.

Kemp, who shares a son with rapper Rick Ross, had plenty to say after 50 Cent appeared virtually before a Florida judge in connection with his request for a permanent injunction involving his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
Instead of addressing the judge in court, Kemp took her frustrations directly to TikTok, delivering a profanity-filled message aimed at the G-Unit mogul.
“You know what?” Kemp began before insulting the rapper’s appearance and questioning his decision to involve the courts.
“Why are you playing with the system like that?” she asked.
Kemp then questioned why 50 Cent was appearing virtually before a judge and accused him of pretending to be the victim. She also argued that he was wasting the court’s time by continuing to pursue the dispute.
Made to order and shipped to your door.
Her frustration didn’t stop there.
The outspoken social media personality told 50 Cent to leave her alone, dismissing his legal efforts and making it clear that she wasn’t intimidated by the court proceedings.
“I don’t give a [expletive] about that,” Kemp declared.
She then took the confrontation in an even more personal direction, suggesting that 50 Cent might be sexually interested in her. Kemp followed that accusation with an explicit insult referencing Sean “Diddy” Combs, an apparent attempt to humiliate the rapper rather than address the allegations in his legal filing.
Kemp offered no evidence supporting the sexual insinuations. Her comments were part of a personal attack directed at 50 Cent.
Her response followed a court appearance that didn’t unfold as expected.
50 Cent attended Tuesday’s hearing through Zoom while Kemp was absent. His legal team told the judge that she had not been formally served with the injunction and accused her of deliberately avoiding the paperwork.
That allegation has not been established by the court.
Because Kemp had reportedly not been served, the judge could not proceed with a permanent injunction at the hearing.
50 Cent also briefly spoke during the proceedings, indicating that he would rather not continue the legal dispute but felt compelled to take further action because of Kemp’s conduct.
The case stems from allegations that Kemp repeatedly targeted Sire Jackson through social media remarks. In his filing, 50 Cent accused her of making inappropriate statements concerning the teenager’s development and alleged medical condition.
Those claims about the child remain unverified, and the underlying harassment allegations have not been resolved through a final court determination.
Last month, a judge granted a temporary injunction restricting Kemp’s ability to contact Sire, including through social media. The court also imposed a distance requirement intended to protect the teenager.
Separately, 50 Cent filed a federal lawsuit in California seeking millions in damages over Kemp’s alleged statements about his son.
The legal escalation followed months of public tension involving 50 Cent, Kemp, and Rick Ross. Their exchanges have repeatedly spilled onto social media, where Kemp has challenged the rapper and responded to his public remarks.
While her TikTok video made her feelings about 50 Cent clear, Kemp did not provide a specific explanation in the supplied remarks for why she failed to attend the November 3 hearing.
