After a Florida judge granted 50 Cent an injunction ordering Tia Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from his 14-year-old son, Sire, the social media star is already responding.
Shortly after news of the ruling surfaced Wednesday, October 28, Kemp reposted coverage of the injunction on her Instagram Story with a three-word message: “RAT RAT RAT.”
She didn’t stop there.
In another Instagram Story, Kemp wrote “Pussyyyy[expletive]” alongside rat emojis, middle finger emojis, and the hashtag “#Cumbucketbaby.”
The posts appeared to take aim at 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, after he secured a temporary court order protecting his teenage son from alleged harassment.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Florida judge issued the temporary injunction Monday, October 26. The ruling prohibits Kemp from coming within 500 feet of Sire or contacting him directly or indirectly, including through social media.
The injunction also includes restrictions on firearms. Kemp is prohibited from possessing guns or ammunition and must surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement upon being served with the order.
The legal action follows allegations that Kemp repeatedly targeted Jackson’s son online.
In his petition, 50 Cent claimed Kemp made offensive statements about Sire’s developmental health, allegedly calling the teenager “slow” and claiming he was on the autism spectrum.
Jackson also accused Kemp of sharing a photograph of his son alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the filing suggested was Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy.
The rapper argued that Kemp’s alleged conduct caused his son humiliation, embarrassment, and mental anguish.
According to the filing, Jackson’s attorneys previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the posts and stop targeting his child.
However, the petition alleges that Kemp responded by sharing part of the legal notice with the caption “F u and ya lawyers.”
Now, with a judge officially granting temporary protection, Kemp’s latest Instagram Stories indicate that the tension between the two remains far from settled.
The injunction is also unfolding alongside a separate legal battle. XXL reported Wednesday that Jackson filed a civil lawsuit against Kemp in federal court in California, seeking damages over allegedly defamatory statements involving Sire.
The complaint accuses Kemp of libel, false light invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Those allegations have not been proven in court.
Kemp shares a son with Rick Ross, who has had a longstanding public feud with 50 Cent. Their latest family dispute intensified after Jackson publicly commented on reports involving Ross and Kemp’s son.
However, the temporary injunction specifically addresses Kemp’s alleged conduct toward Sire, not her relationship with Ross.
The court’s decision does not establish that every accusation in Jackson’s petition has been proven. The order provides temporary protection while the legal proceedings continue.
50 Cent also responded, sharing coverage of the injunction news, writing, “I know this is not gonna make her stop making antisemitic remarks about my Jewish lawyers, posting revenge porn and attacking a child but it will make her re think her Gangsta granny act. It’s not ok @autismspeaks @autism.awareness_acceptance @autismworldd @autismsupportandawareness.”
The injunction is scheduled to expire on November 3, when both sides are expected to appear in court. A judge will determine whether longer-lasting restrictions are necessary.
