Tia Kemp is not backing down after 50 Cent took legal action against her over alleged online harassment of his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson. The outspoken social media personality fired back at the rapper in a TikTok video, dismissing his legal threats and accusing him of starting drama he cannot handle.

“15 Cents dun started a lot of [expletive] and can’t take it,” Kemp said in the video. She followed up with another pointed message aimed at the rapper and his legal team.
“Don’t play with me [expletive] about your lawyers. You can’t bully me [expletive].”
Kemp’s response comes after 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, filed a petition in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on Monday, October 26, seeking an injunction to protect Sire from alleged cyberstalking and harassment.
The legal filing, first reported by TMZ, accuses Kemp of repeatedly targeting the teenager online, including making offensive comments about his speech and speculating about whether he is on the autism spectrum.
According to the reported petition, Kemp allegedly published four posts targeting Sire within six days. The filing also references a post that allegedly featured the teenager’s photograph alongside a sexually explicit image of an adult woman suggested to be his mother, Daphne Joy.
Jackson’s attorneys reportedly sent Kemp a cease and desist letter before seeking court intervention. However, the filing alleges she responded by sharing part of the letter online with a profanity-laced message directed at the rapper and his lawyers.
While Kemp appears determined to defend herself publicly, 50 Cent is standing by his decision to involve the courts.
The G-Unit mogul addressed the controversy on Instagram, accusing Kemp of crossing a line by directing comments about autism toward a child.
“This is the greatest example of bullying a minor saying he is on the spectrum. I have friends who kids are, it’s not a joke. Shout out to @autismspeaks @autismsupportandawareness @autismdadclub.co @autismminds_”
His statement emphasizes his objection to Kemp’s alleged remarks about Sire’s development.
The latest exchange adds another chapter to the longstanding tension between 50 Cent and Rick Ross, whose son with Kemp was recently involved in a separate reported assault in Daytona Beach.
The two rappers have traded public insults for years, but the current dispute has moved beyond their personal rivalry, with Jackson now seeking legal protection on behalf of his child.
Kemp’s TikTok response makes clear she rejects the rapper’s attempts to silence her, although her public statements do not determine whether the court will grant his request.
