According to TMZ, Arnold sent a group text to her husband Rico Hines’ family and friends saying the relationship had ended. TMZ reported that the message accused Rico of infidelity during their marriage and that she said she planned to get tested. The report also claimed the text included a video as proof. A representative for Rico, who is an assistant basketball coach at St. John’s University, responded to TMZ with a short statement. “This is a private and deeply personal matter,” the representative said, adding that he did not want to comment further.
