Tisha Campbell is adamant about not needing a man, especially for sexual pleasure.
Page Six caught up with the actress at the premiere of her new show “Uncoupled.” The outlet asked Campbell about her dating life, and she made it clear that she wasn’t looking for a man.
“Hell no! I’m looking for me!” Campbell said. “That’s the thing about actually being uncoupled and coming from being in a long-term relationship of 26 years. I’m learning about who I am, and I’m super excited about that, so that’s where I am right now. It’s about me and my kids, and that’s it right now.”
In 2020, Campbell finalized her divorce from actor Duane Martin. The couple was married for 24 years and shared two sons together, Xen, 20, and Ezekiel, 12.
To further back up her “self-love” motto, Campbell shared her love for vibrator toys.
“Hell yeah, toys! Oh, I keeps me a good toy buzzing around every now and then. You know what I’m d*mn talking about,” she added. “Toys, toys, toys.”
Campbell also spoke about her “Uncoupled” character, Suzanne Prentiss, love and sex life. While her character may not have had a romantic interest in the first season, Campbell is hopeful for the second season.
“I’m sure my sex scene is coming in season 2,” Campbell teased. “I can’t wait. I told them, ‘Hold off for a second because I had knee surgery right before I started the show,’ so I said, ‘Hold off, let me get myself together.’ I hope I do!”
Campbell continued, “I don’t care if it’s male, female, I don’t give a sh*t. It’s gonna be somebody hot! I’m ready. I’m divorced, I’m uncoupled, I’m ready, I’m here for it!”
Oh well… my hats off to her. Hell yeah …it is pleasureable at the moment and for a while. It serves where the need is great! But in due time ….if her attiude changes … consequences comes out of it!!!! She will find out. LMAO
