Top Dawg Entertainment Accused of Releasing Names of Lawsuit Jane Does, Causing Online Harrassment

Top Dawg Entertainment executives Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith and Brandon Tiffith are facing serious allegations in a newly filed lawsuit.

On December 3rd, 2024, two women anonymously filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing the execs of sexual battery, harassment, and unpaid wages, according to newly surfaced court documents.

One plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, was hired for public relations and marketing at TDE. She claims, “During the course of her performance of work for TDE, she was subject to inappropriate workplace behavior, including sexual harassment and assault by officers and executives of the company.”

The second plaintiff, Jane Roe, is a friend of a TDE artist and alleges she was “sexually harassed twice by TDE employees, one of whom gave her alcohol (despite her being underage) in an attempt to further sexual advances,” while at a TDE-owned property.

The suit alleges that TDE’s leadership was aware of the misconduct but did nothing. Named defendants include TDE President Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith, Chief Marketing Officer Brandon Tiffith, and employee David Harrell. The plaintiffs seek a jury trial and unspecified damages.

Attorney Shounak S. Dharap of Arns Davis Law stated, “This lawsuit presents a glaring example of the systemic abuse and exploitation in the entertainment industry… They’re bringing this lawsuit because they refuse to be silenced, and because they intend to hold TDE accountable in court.”

Co-president Terrence “Punch” Henderson has not commented publicly on the suit. Additionally, TDE stars such as SZA and her former label mate Kendrick Lamar have also remained silent on the matter.
