The Trump Organization is expected to be charged with tax-related crimes on Thursday, NBC News reports.

According to two representatives of the company, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office could charge the Trump Organization this Thursday. The charges could be filed as early as 2 p.m. E.T., one of the reps said. No time frame has been laid out as of now.

Reports went out that District Attorney Cy Vance’s office was expected to charge Trump’s organization this week. At this time, there are no details on whether or not Allen Weisselberg will be charged, NBC reports. But, the Wall Street Journal previously reported Weisselberg would be included in the charges.

Charging the Trump Organization comes after an investigation was launched into several allegations of financial wrongdoings against Trump’s business. Some of the accusations include the company allegedly falsifying business records, participating in insurance fraud, and tax fraud.

An attorney for the Trump family, Ron Fischetti, said the charges “completely outrageous,” claiming the organization was only pursued because Weisselberg wouldn’t work with the investigators. They could not get him to cooperate because he would not say that Donald Trump had knowledge or any information that he may have been not deducting properly the use of cars or an apartment,” said Fischetti.
