New Footage Shows Proud Boys And Oath Keepers Meeting Up A Day Before January 6 Attack

A new analysis from CNN reveals that several people arrested for their involvement in the U.S Capitol attack on Jan.6 did not vote in the 2020 election.

The outlet recently reviewed the voting records of at least eight riot participants and discovered shocking information.

One of the arrestees, Donovan Crowl, 50, an Ohio member of the right-wing Oathkeepers militia group, was arrested twelve days after the attack on conspiracy charges, conspiracy to injure an officer, destruction of government property, obstruction of an official proceeding, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

His mother informed the outlet that Donovan told her that “they were going to overtake the government if they…tried to take Trump’s presidency from him.”

However, Donovan did not vote for the man he was fighting so hard for because he was not registered to vote in 2020.

Donovan was a registered voter in 2013 but “never voted nor responded to any of our confirmation notices to keep him registered.”

Due to his failure to exercise his right to vote, Donovan was removed from the voter roll in 2020, an official told CNN.

Jessica Stern, a Boston University professor who has spent nearly 30 years researching extremists, informed the outlet that the Jan. 6 rioters might not have voted in the election because they believed there was no point since it was allegedly rigged.

Donovan and other rioters were a part of the “Stop the Steal” rally that turned into a riot when they marched to the U.S Capitol and charged towards the entrance on behalf of Donald Trump.

Trump incited his group of Pro-Trump supporters to help stop President Joe Biden from being certified as the 46th President of the United States because he believed the 2020 election was rigged with voter fraud.
