The platform has been in shambles ever since the popular snack brand shared a very freaky tweet that suggested they were ready to contribute to the famous adult content that litters the app.
On Monday, the official Nutter Butter account wrote, “N is for the way you nut at me.” Followers immediately swarmed their mentions, forcing the company to follow up with a tweet hours later that read, “wait what are you guys freaking out about i was just singing.”
Nevertheless, the damage was already done, and Twitter users everywhere had been exposed to the kinky side of the famous cookie company.
