Tyrese Gibson, has been ordered to pay $636,944 in child support and legal fees to his ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson. The ruling was made by the same judge Tyrese had publicly criticized as “racist” and biased against him in the past, exclusively reported by TMZ.
Tyrese appeared in court on Tuesday to address the ongoing child support battle between him and his ex-wife. He had refused to pay the $10,000 per month he was ordered to pay last August, claiming that Samantha didn’t need that much as she makes good money on her own.
The judge held Tyrese in contempt of court for failing to pay the child support, but he was not arrested. Instead, he was ordered to pay $237,944 in back child support for their daughter Soraya and $399,000 for Samantha’s attorney fees. He was also instructed to foot a $17,000 bill for the special master, who had been appointed by the judge to handle minor disputes during the case.

This is the amount that Tyrese’s ex is requesting in legal fees. Keep in mind that this divorce has a very extensive and detailed prenuptial agreement in place that states “If you wanna argument about anything that has to do with the validity of this legal document she in 100% responsible for paying for her OWN representation”.
