Uncle Luke is speaking out after TLC’s Chilli and Nick Cannon’s MAGA ties were unveiled.
The Miami rapper and political candidate stepped in after reports connected both entertainers to Donald Trump, and he made it clear he wasn’t coming from a place of hate, but accountability.

He also grounded his message in his own history, pointing out that his stance has always centered on advocating for Black communities. Because of that, he framed this moment as something deeper than political preference and more about real-life impact.
Luke then pointed directly at Trump’s record, laying out specific actions he believes have harmed Black Americans.
“This same man has tried to erase Black history, limited what our children can learn, praised and pardoned officers involved in killing unarmed Black men. So don’t act like this is just politics. This is personal.”
His comments follow reports linking Chilli to Republican donations, right-wing-leaning social media activity, and reposted racist content about Michelle Obama. Meanwhile, Cannon appeared in a recent interview clip with Amber Rose where both discussed conservative views, including his statement that Democrats are the “party of the KKK.”
