According to The NY Daily News, Judge Richard Fruin concluded that Stiviano’s Spanish-style duplex on the outskirts of Beverly Hills was purchased with $1.78 million in Sterling community funds. It will be transferred to The Sterling Family Trust. V. Stiviano must also pay back $400,000 for the luxury cars and $430,000 in cash. According to Stiviano’s lawyer, they plan to appeal.
