Rumors are swirling around that luxury brands Fendi and Versace are collaborating for a secret fashion during Milan Fashion Week.
According to the Business of Fashion, Versace “sent out a cryptic gold-and-white ‘save the date’ — signed by creative director and former owner Donatella Versace—to a small group of fashion insiders inviting them to a Sunday event.”
Rumors of the brands collaborating began in July when Kim Kardashian posted a picture with Donatella Versace and Fendi’s Kim Jones, who helms the LVMH-owned label’s haute couture and womenswear.
Silvia Venturini Fendi serves as its creative director of accessories, menswear, and its children’s line.
“Donatella has been working with both of LVMH-owned Fendi’s creative directors, Silvia Venturini Fendi and Kim Jones, on a line set to be revealed at the Sunday event,” the publication reported.
Neither of the brands has responded to the rumors, but I guess the world will see on Sunday to see what Donatella has up her sleeves.
