Two suspects, one being the viral Trump bride, have been accused in a disturbing North Texas child abuse investigation and have now been officially indicted, with their combined bonds soaring to nearly $9 million.
An Ellis County grand jury indicted Zackery Dondlinger, 37, of Happy, Texas, on 20 counts of child sex crimes on March 4. The charges include 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, three counts of indecency with a child by exposure, two counts of indecency with a child involving sexual contact, one count of sexual performance by a child, and one count of possession with intent to promote child pornography.
His girlfriend, Madison Paige Jones, 30, was also indicted on 19 counts tied to the same investigation. Her charges include 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, four counts of indecency with a child by exposure, one count of indecency with a child involving sexual contact, and one count of possession with intent to promote child pornography.
The indictments stem from a Midlothian Police investigation launched in December 2025 after authorities received a report of a possible sexual assault involving a 5-year-old child. Investigators say the alleged abuse occurred between December 5 and December 17, 2025, and involved a single victim.
Jones, who was working as a substitute teacher at the time, was arrested shortly after the investigation began. Police later tracked down Dondlinger and arrested him two days before Christmas at an oil rig site west of Odessa. Following the grand jury’s indictments, Dondlinger’s bond was dramatically increased from $200,000 to $5 million.
Jones previously went viral for wearing a Trump hat with a wedding dress. However, it’s unclear if she ever made it down the aisle.
Authorities have not released additional details as the case continues moving through the court system.
