Wale says a rough day of travel with American Airlines turned into something more serious.
The D.C. rapper took to Twitter to vent after his flight to Los Angeles was canceled following a long wait on the runway. According to Wale, it was the fifth problem he had run into in 10 days.
After the airline’s official Twitter account replied to his posts, Wale claimed two flight attendants on his flight had made offensive comments to him. He tweeted that they told him he was not supposed to be in first class and that they were calling the police.
Wale went on to call the treatment racist and shared his flight information. “Y’all racist and I wanna know what happens now,” he tweeted.
These are Wale’s claims, as posted on his own account. At the time of this post, American Airlines had only replied on Twitter and no further details about the incident had been shared. Baller Alert has not heard from the flight attendants involved.
