As Diddy’s trial gets underway, more information is being made available about the witnesses scheduled to take the stand.

According to Exclusive Deets, who first reported on the story, witnesses from “The Fall of Diddy” are expected to take the stand, specifically in relation to “Victim Number 3.” The publication noted that the unnamed accuser is one of the individuals that was also set to testify, but it’s now unclear.

During court discussions, prosecutors acknowledged they were having a difficult time reaching Victim 3’s attorney in order to contact the potential witness. In that exchange, it was stated that up to three people from HBO’s documentary, which aired in January 2025, could end up testifying against the Bad Boy Records founder.

The judge addressed this issue in court and ordered prosecutors to make a genuine effort to locate and communicate with the accuser, emphasizing the importance of keeping the process “fair” and determining whether she will ultimately take the stand.

Speaking of the documentary, Warner Bros, the parent company of HBO, was subpoenaed earlier this year to provide the raw, unedited interviews and any other materials connected to the project, which highlighted Diddy’s alleged pattern of abuse.
