For the second time in as many months, #ChrisBrown has been named in new legal documents over an alleged incident. But this time, the details are murky.
In the docs obtained by The Blast, a woman named Cassandra accused Brown of “hitting” her and claimed the superstar has been stalking her. However, the woman failed to provide details or receipts of her allegations, outside of her claim that Brown “stalks” and “follows” her.
Despite the lack of specifics though, a judge granted the woman’s restraining order, which forces the singer to stay more than 100 yards away until next month’s hearing.
