The woman suspected of shooting inside of Dallas Love Airport on Monday once told cops she was married to R&B singer Chris Brown.

Portia Odufuwa, 37, who once also claimed to be “God’s prophet,” has been in and out of jail following several run-ins with the law, including bank robbery and other crimes she was found incompetent to stand trial for, according to reports.

Monday, Odufuwa was transported to the hospital after she was shot and wounded by police after she opened fire in the airport.

It was later revealed that she was free despite a history of alarming crimes and mental illness, according to court records.

On more than one occasion, Odufuwa gave authorities Chris Brown’s address saying she lived there with the singer and that the two were married.

Back in 2019, the woman admitted to setting a house on fire, telling police, “I am God’s prophet … I’m basically letting you all know that I am the cause of this fire,” she told cops, according to the records.

The homeowner wanted to press charges. However, the district attorney decided not to move forward with the case due to a lack of “scientific evidence,” despite Odufuwa’s confession.

As recently as last June, a judge found the woman unfit to stand trial in a misdermenor case and referred her to an outpatient mental health facility. Prior to that, Odufuwa was freed because she was found incompetent to stand trial after robbing a bank in April 2019.
