The woman at the center of a viral video that appeared to show her coughing on and attacking an Uber driver is now being sued over a 2019 car crash, according to TMZ.
Court documents obtained by TMZ say another driver claims Arna made an unsafe turn and struck her vehicle in Los Angeles. The lawsuit accuses Arna of negligent driving and of failing to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles.
The plaintiff claims she suffered serious injuries and is still recovering from some of them. She is seeking compensation for damages, medical expenses and lost earnings. This is a civil lawsuit, and Arna has not been found responsible for anything in it. We did not see a response from her in the reporting.
Separately, Arna reportedly recorded herself last summer driving a McLaren at 122 mph. TMZ also reports she is expected to turn herself in over the Uber incident, and that Uber and Lyft have both banned her from their apps.
