The world’s tallest apartment — almost as tall as the Empire State Building — is hitting the market for a whopping $250 million.

The stunning property spans floors 129 through 131 of the Central Park Tower in New York City.

A grand staircase connects all three floors of the penthouse triplex. The home boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three powder rooms, two kitchens, and a private entrance. It has multiple living and entertainment spaces for the homeowner to enjoy.

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of New York City’s famed skyline.

“In many ways, the home is a crystal jewel box in the sky,” Ryan Serhant, founder, CEO, and broker at SERHANT, tells Architectural Digest.

The unit is currently the largest apartment available on NYC’s Billionaires Row. Central Park Tower is also home to the world’s tallest private club and claims the title of the tallest residential building in the world.

The Wall Street Journal reports that developers are confident the unit will sell.

Even if I were a super billionaire I wouldn’t buy it, not warm and cozy.
