Ye says he is officially done with hateful antisemitic speech.
In a surprising turn, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West took to Twitter with a series of posts declaring an end to his controversial and damaging rhetoric. “I am done with antisemitism,” he wrote plainly.

He continued his apology tour with more affirming messages: “I love all people,” “God forgive me for the pain I’ve caused,” and “I forgive those who have caused me pain.”
Ye credits his change of heart to a personal moment with his children. “I wanna save the world again,” he shared, saying a FaceTime call from his kids helped him reflect and reset.

The change in tone marks a dramatic shift from the artist’s recent past. Ye has spent the last few years making inflammatory headlines such as praising Hitler, promoting Nazi imagery, and even teasing a song titled “Heil Hitler.” His public downfall included being dropped by major brands and banned from multiple platforms.
Now, Ye says he’s choosing peace and is focused on redemption.
