According to reports, a woman told Texas police that rapper Yella Beezy forced himself onto her on their first date and then proceeded to rape her even after she ordered him to stop.
TMZ obtained the arrest warrant and probable cause affidavit from Collin County which stated that the unidentified woman went to the ER to report an alleged rape. In late April, Yella reached out to the woman on Instagram, asking her if she was looking for a new friend. The woman claimed that the two later made plans to go out to eat and go bowling in Dallas.
The unidentified woman said that everything went well until she went back to his apartment to wait for their 10 pm bowling reservation. When they got to the apartment she said they talked and played cards, she then claimed that Yella requested a shirtless massage, which she provided. She alleges she sat down next to him once she finished and that’s when he sexually assaulted her.
The victim said that the rapper violently began kissing her and pulling up her dress, despite her repeated “no,” she claims Yella put his penis inside her vagina anyway.
Eventually, the victim was able to escape. She claims the rapper tried to trick her into thinking she was the one who started the sex by kissing him. The very next day, she went to the hospital and reported the rape to the police.
It was previously reported by TMZ that Yella was charged with not only sexual assault, but also felony abandoned endangered child and misdemeanor unlawful carrying a weapon.
It’s unclear how the charges arose, but the affidavit clearly confirms the sexual assault charge.
