Blueface is back to stirring up pregnancy rumors, but Chrisean Rock isn’t letting his latest joke turn into a baby announcement. The rapper playfully suggested that his on-and-off partner was pregnant again, giving two oddly specific timelines before she quickly denied the claim.

Blueface made the comments while Chrisean was doing his hair during a recent livestream. During the exchange, he claimed she was “a week and a half pregnant,” seemingly making light of the possibility that they could be expecting another child.
However, Blueface wasn’t finished with the joke. He switched up the timeline and suggested she was “142 hours pregnant,” making the claim even more ridiculous. For context, 142 hours is just under six days, which doesn’t exactly match his original week and a half estimate.
Chrisean laughed at the comments but immediately denied being pregnant. Her response made it clear that Blueface’s remarks should not be taken as confirmation of another baby. Despite the playful exchange, there has been no verified pregnancy announcement from Chrisean.
The latest Blueface pregnancy joke comes as the two have been spending considerably more time together following another reunion.
As Baller Alert previously reported, Chrisean moved back into Blueface’s home in early October, shortly after Nevaeh Akira moved out with her children. Their reunion quickly became public through livestreams showing the pair kissing and discussing their relationship.
During one of those broadcasts, Chrisean revealed that Blueface had been encouraging her to return for months, saying, “He been wanting me to move in for like 10 months now.”
The renewed closeness has naturally brought attention back to their complicated history, particularly their previous pregnancy announcement.
In January 2023, Chrisean revealed she was expecting her first child. Blueface publicly questioned whether he was the father, setting off another highly publicized disagreement between the two. Chrisean later welcomed her son, Chrisean Jr., in September of that year.
Meanwhile, Blueface’s family has continued growing. The rapper welcomed a son with Nevaeh Akira in August 2026, following a relationship that also attracted attention because of his continued involvement with Chrisean.

Still, this particular Blueface pregnancy joke appears to be exactly that: a joke. Chrisean’s immediate denial is the clearest statement about whether she is expecting.
