2014 has been an epic year for BallerAlert.com. We’ve done radio interviews, hit red carpets, broke a TON of stories and even had celebrities profess their love for our blog site. We couldn’t wrap up the year without posting our Top 5 biggest blog moments in 2014. Check them out below and remember whee to get your tea in 2015!
5 – Floyd Mayweather & T.I. – Remember back in May when T.I. confronted Floyd Mayweather over allegations Floyd was messing around with Tiny? Baller Alert was not only one of the first to get the scoop, but also helped the first footage of the incident go viral!
4 – Paul George & Roy Hibbert – There was a huge rumor that Pacers Paul George was sleeping with his teamate Roy Hibbert’s wife. This fresh off the heels that he had a secret baby he tried to pay to abort. Lots of tea was spilled in this saga and Baller Alert was there to cover it all!
3 – Jhonni Blaze & Drake – When Jhonni Blaze accused Drake of sending goons to her home, Baller Alert was there to break the story. Saying this story went viral would be an understatement. Baller Alert is the ONLY site to have exclusive text messages, video and screen shots.
2 – Lou Williams & His Sister Wives – Lou Williams having two girlfriends became such a huge deal on social media and sports sites but never forget who broke the story first…that’s right BALLER ALERT! We were the first to post about Lou, “Blonde” and “Brown” vacationing together back in October. The story grew legs again in December. Sometimes it doesn’t matter where you get the tea as long as you get it, I suppose.
1 – Iggy Azalea Splits Pants – Our exclusive video of Iggy splitting her pants at a bar mitzvah and giving a bunch of pubescent teenage boys a peep show of her crotch was by far the biggest thing this year. With over 7 million views on Youtube, Baller Alert’s video was featured on Comedy Central, The Insider, E! , Extra and even TMZ even though they cropped our name out.
