Nicki Minaj is making it clear: she’s tired of being silent.
Posted to her official X account, the rap icon accused Punch, the longtime president of TDE, of publicly bullying her on social media after she turned down multiple business proposals. She even suggested he deliberately tried to damage her brand and reputation as revenge.

“We have the receipts,” she posted. “I never even responded to him.” She went on to give him a new nickname: “Minus 30 Million.”
And that was just the beginning.
She doubled down with a tweet that called him a “Tiny Dick Executive,” before sharing a photo of Punch wearing a TDE cap—just so there was no confusion about who she was talking about.

According to Nicki, Punch’s campaign of harassment was strategic retaliation after she declined his offers. “He failed to disclose to the public that I had rejected his business propositions—and thereby acted in what appears to be retaliation purposely used to cause financial damages & to engage in a smear campaign against the brand,” she wrote.

But the story took another turn when TDE’s own SZA stepped into the chat.
“Mercury retrograde .. don’t take the bait lol silly goose,” SZA posted, seemingly trying to calm things down. But Nicki wasn’t feeling the friendly tone. She fired back hard, telling SZA, “Go draw your freckles back on bookie… Liar liar pants on fire. Sounding like a fkn dead dog.”

SZA later clapped back: “I don’t give a f*** bout none of that weird s*** you popping.”
And just like that, a war of words between one of rap’s biggest stars and one of R&B’s biggest names was born—over a music exec who probably didn’t expect to be the main character today.
For context, Punch has been with TDE since the early 2000s and played a major role in the careers of Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and SZA herself. So when Nicki came for him, she didn’t just call out an exec—she took a shot at the top floor of one of hip-hop’s most respected labels.
Nicki’s fans rallied behind her.
TDE has yet to issue a public response. Until then, the Barbz are on high alert and Nicki’s not backing down.
