Chris Bosh is back in court over a custody dispute with the mother of his daughter, according to The Blast.
The Blast reports that Allison filed court papers claiming Chris breached their 2014 parenting agreement. She said the two agreed to work out a new parenting plan if he moved more than three hours away. She argued that his move from Miami to Los Angeles turned a short trip between Orlando and Miami into a five hour cross country trip for their daughter, which she said is not in the child’s best interest. She also asked the court to make him cover her attorney fees, which her filing said have grown past $67,000.
Chris has since filed a response. “Over the last seven years, the Mother and her counsel have submitted fraudulent or grossly inaccurate billing statements in support of her claim for attorney’s fees,” he said in the filing. He also claimed Allison provided five different billing statements, with added or new time entries on statements that had already been paid, and said some entries were for work and hearings that never happened. He asked the court to step in.
These are claims made in court filings. Allison’s side of the invoice dispute was not detailed in the report, and the court had not ruled on the claims at the time.
