Judge Rejects Adin Ross’ Attempt to Toss Megan Thee Stallion Subpoena

Adin Ross just lost a round in court after trying to block a subpoena tied to Megan Thee Stallion’s defamation lawsuit. A judge denied the streamer’s attempt to toss the subpoena, which he claims was delivered by a mariachi band outside his Florida home.

Ross had claimed the subpoena was improperly served because a security guard accepted it on his behalf. He also argued that it was irrelevant to the case since he’s not directly mentioned in Megan’s complaint against blogger Milagro Gramz.

His filing said: “The Complaint in this action makes no mention of Mr. Ross whatsoever. A review of the pleadings reveals that the dispute between Ms. Pete and Ms. Gramz does not involve any facts, circumstances, or legal theories that would implicate Mr. Ross or suggest he possesses relevant information.”

But Judge Lisette Reid wasn’t moved. She struck down his motion for not following the proper steps. Ross was supposed to try resolving the issue with Megan’s legal team first. Only after that failed could he ask the court to step in.
