Adviser To Trump’s Post-Election Legal Challenges Tests Positive For Coronavirus

Sources have confirmed that an outside adviser heading up President Donald Trump’s legal challenges to the election is the latest to test positive for coronavirus in his circle.

Testing positive on Sunday, David Bossie, 55, joins White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson, who have tested positive in the last week. Four staffers also tested positive following the in-person indoor event held at the White House on the election night. Carson, Meadows, and Bossie all attended the party.

According to Bloomberg, Bossie was diagnosed at the White House during routine testing. All visitors are required to be tested before meeting with the president.

Bossie previously worked as a deputy campaign manager on Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and is the president of Citizens United.

Trump’s team has filed several legal challenges to the election, alleging widespread voter fraud. So far, the campaign has not provided any evidence that fraud took place.
