A Chicago woman was arrested this weekend after police say she boarded a plane at O’Hare Airport without a ticket.
Yaazmina, 23, is charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly boarding the aircraft at Terminal 3, police said.
Police confirmed to Chicago TV station WLS that she was removed from the plane just after 8 a.m. on Sunday and arrested.
Reports did not say which airline was involved or how she got past TSA checkpoints.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, she faces a felony count of criminal trespass at an airport and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to a vehicle.
A TSA spokesperson said Monday that the agency is investigating and that cases like this can take up to 90 days.
A Cook County judge ordered Yaazmina held on $5,000 bail. She is expected back in court on November 16. The charges are allegations, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
