In the now-viral Instagram video, Ari delivered the surprising message, stating, “Hey, so everybody, whoever, do not shop, don’t buy anything from Remedy. My manager, my old manager, will not give me access to any of my stuff that has my passwords.”
She repeated the warning several times, stressing that no one should place orders until she personally says it’s okay again. According to Ari, the issue centers on access. She claims she cannot get into accounts tied to Remedy by Ari Fletcher, including financial platforms and login credentials. Because of that, she told fans she cannot guarantee what’s happening behind the scenes right now.
She also addressed customers who may already be waiting on orders. While she did not confirm fulfillment details, she said, “Hopefully you’ll be able to get your stuff,” before doubling back to her main point.
For context, Remedy launched as a beauty line focused on lip products and everyday glam essentials, built around Ari’s personal aesthetic and influence. So while the brand has grown through her platform, she’s now making it clear that everything is paused until she regains control.
She followed up with an Instagram Story post, giving some shoppers a bit of reassurance.
“Anything business through March 10th is valid. As far as Remedy orders, if you’ve ordered already, my niece manages my warehouse and will get your orders out.”
