Baller Alert was live at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center for BET’s 10th annual Black Girls Rock! celebration. This year’s honorees included Shonda Rhimes, Gladys Knight, Danai Gurira, Amandla Stenberg, the founders of Black Lives Matter and of course, international superstar Rihanna.
While on the red carpet, we got to ask a few of your favorite stars about the black women in their lives and why they rock. Check out our interviews with Black-ish star Marsai Martin, Hosea Chanchez of The Game, Power’s Naturi Naughton, Amandla Stenberg, Corrine Bailey Rae and more!
