The ongoing legal dispute between Angela White, known as Blac Chyna, and her former partner Twin Hector has entered a new phase.
In a cross-complaint filed late last month, the reality star is seeking at least $20 million from Hector, whose legal name is Taiyon Hector. This filing acts as a direct response to the $10 million lawsuit Hector brought against her in 2024, in which he alleged she subjected him to repeated domestic abuse.
In her recent court filing, Chyna maintains that she was not the aggressor in their three-year relationship. While she acknowledges one instance where she made physical contact with Hector, her legal team characterizes the action as a necessary, defensive response. They assert that her behavior was “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself” after Hector allegedly hit her.
A significant portion of Chyna’s $20 million claim is based on four specific violations of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she says the two signed. The filing indicates that each violation carries a $5 million penalty. One of these alleged breaches concerns Hector’s music, where Chyna claims he referenced her in his lyrics. She points to a line about a woman wearing a size 39 shoe, her own size, as evidence. When questioned about the lyric, she alleges Hector stated it could apply to anyone, “but if the Shoe fit .. , that sound personal,” a comment her attorneys interpret as “a thinly veiled admission” regarding his intent.
Furthermore, the lawsuit contends that Hector violated the agreement by sharing private family details during an appearance on Tasha K’s show and by creating and selling “Twin Hector vs. Blac Chyna” merchandise for profit.
Hector’s legal representative, Kirk Edward Schenck, continues to maintain his client’s innocence. Speaking to TMZ, Schenck described the cross-complaint as a “frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector.” He added, “Twin Hector is the victim here. Unfortunately for Ms. White, the facts prove this. Twin Hector is known as a complete gentleman.”
The original 2024 lawsuit filed by Hector described a troubled relationship, claiming Chyna’s conduct escalated into a 2021 incident where he alleged she attacked him while he slept using her fists, elbows, and knees.
With both parties now pursuing substantial damages, the case remains a complex legal matter involving conflicting accounts of their time together.
