An autopsy report has concluded that Bobby Brown’s son, Bobby Brown Jr., died from fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol overdose.
The L.A. County Medical Examiner’s Office released the report on Monday, which TMZ obtained. The autopsy and toxicology report discovered that the 28-year-old ingested a fatal combination of cocaine, fentanyl, and alcohol. A witness told law enforcement that Brown Jr. had drunk tequila and snorted cocaine and half a Percocet during his binge. The coroner listed the death as accidental.
Brown Jr. was found deceased in his Los Angeles home back in November. At the time, police ruled out foul play and said no drugs were found at the home. His cause of death was initially listed as “Deferred Pending Additional Investigation.”
The young musician’s death marks the second time that Bobby Brown has had to bury one of his children. In July 2015, Bobbi Kristina, the daughter he shared with the late Whitney Houston, died after several months on life support after being unresponsive in a bathtub. She also had high levels of cocaine and alcohol in her system at the time of her death.
