Cardi B Apologizes to Latto After Shading Her During Ice Spice Rant [Video]

After JT leaked a vulgar-filled call where Cardi B can be heard throwing digs at Latto while threatening Ice Spice, the Bronx star has issued an apology to her friend.

It all started when Cardi B and Nicki Minaj were in the middle of their Twitter feud late Monday night and early Tuesday morning. JT took a moment to insert herself in the drama, using the opportunity to take a few stabs of her own at Belcalis. She escalated the situation by uploading a recorded call of Cardi B cursing out Ice Spice’s team and promising to beat up the “Munch” rapper herself. During the irate call, Cardi repeatedly suggests Latto is scared of the smoke.

“I’mma show ya’ll. I’m not Latto. I’mma beat her the f**k up,” she said. “You think I’m f**kin’ p***y a** Latto?”

This was seemingly a shot at Latto’s handling of her own feud with Ice Spice. Instead of taking it to the streets, Latto dissed Ice Spice in multiple tracks. They ultimately squashed their beef in early September 2025, dropping their “Gyatt” collab.

It’s not completely clear when the call was recorded. However, Cardi referenced her Cash Cobain collab from her album, “Am I the Drama,” signaling that the fiery call was recent. Cardi quickly took a moment to apologize to Latto, admitting that she was caught up in her furious tirade.

“I was ranting and hot at the moment but I f**k with Latto HEAVY!! I respect everything about her, including her team, that’s so sweet.. AND NOPE! I’m not too prideful to apologize to somebody I really respect, so this my public apology, and now ima privately buy her a bag,” Cardi tweeted.

Latto has not responded publicly to the drama, though she continues to promote her remix of Cardi’s track, “ErrTime.”
